Implementing a Health Insurance Marketplace:
Two States' Diverging Paths

Tuesday, 10:45-11:45 | Ballroom C1

Please join us for a discussion about Maryland's decision and its approach to using a SOA-based interoperability platform as a framework to bridge existing technologies, as well as West Virginia's decision and how it successfully designed programs to fulfill federal requirements while meeting stakeholder needs. Hear from the teams about what worked, what didn't, and what they would do differently if they could.

Presented by Troy Aswege, Noridian Healthcare Solutions, and other key players.
